Our four day training program introduces participants to the CINERGY® Conflict Coaching model and the Not-So-Merry-Go-Round of conflict which is central to developing insight and change. With a focus on experiential learning participants become skilled in facilitating others in a process of change.
This program is of specific interest to HR professionals, experienced workplace mediators, conflict management professionals, coaches, leaders, social workers, psychologists, OH&S professionals, union representatives, complaints managers and others interested in conflict coaching.
This four day workshop teaches participants:
Through skill-building exercises, discussion, simulations, demonstrations, role plays and self-reflection, participants develop and practice conflict coaching techniques and skills. Classes are kept to a minimum, to maximise learning.
Participants also receive 28 Continuing Coaching Education Units as approved by the International Coach Federation as follows: 26 hours ICF Core Competencies and 2 hours Resource Development.
Graduates of the CINERGY® Conflict Coaching Practitioner Program join the community of CINERGY® Coaches and are provided opportunities through CINERGY® to communicate and practice on a regular basis.
Rho Sandberg has trained CINERGY Conflict Management Coaches across diverse sectors including natural resource, emergency services, education, finance, business and infrastructure development and health sectors for over ten years. She worked with the Victorian State Service’s Authority to introduce CINERGY Conflict Coaching as a new approach to the management of organisational conflict across the Victorian Public Sector.
Rho has a keen interest in the relationship between organisational culture and patterns of workplace conflict, along with the role of power, diversity and marginalisation in the emergence of community and organisational conflict. She has facilitated interpersonal, team and volatile social conflicts in Australia, Europe and the USA. Her early career in neurological rehabilitation and post-graduate studies
in this field have led to an interest in the neurological basis of conflict and the hard-wired reasons Conflict Management Coaching works.
Rho holds a Masters in Organisational Change and Conflict Facilitation (PWI, USA) and Masters of Cognitive Science (UNSW). She draws on over 1750 hours coaching experience and is an internationally accredited coach (PCC), founder of the Global Coaching Institute and Principal Director of CLE Consulting Australia.
